VACSERA - Supply and Installation of Two TOC Analyzers for the RO-EDI Purified Water Station

The company also supplied and installed two TOC (Total Organic Carbon) analyzers for the RO-EDI Purified Water Station with a capacity of 2 m³/h, which had already been implemented. The analyzers were integrated into the high-purity RO-EDI water treatment system, which includes:

• Reverse Osmosis (RO) units

• Electrodeionization (EDI) units

• All stainless-steel piping, pumps, and sanitary fittings

The TOC analyzers are an essential part of the station, monitoring the total organic carbon levels in the water after treatment. This ensures water purity, detects any potential organic contamination that may affect water quality or final products, and allows continuous monitoring to maintain compliance with health and industrial standards, enhancing the station’s reliability and performance.

The station was fully equipped to guarantee ultra-pure water and comprehensive treatment according to pharmaceutical industry standards and was delivered after performing all necessary tests and verifying compliance with all health and technical requirements. The installation was reviewed and approved by the Egyptian Ministry of Health.
